This Service Agreement is entered into between Exordium 6, LLC and the undersigned client for the secure transport and submission of collectibles to Certified Guaranty Company (“CGC”), located in Sarasota, Florida.

1. Service Overview

Exordium 6, LLC (CGC Dealer #s44989) provides a premium personal transport service for trading cards and comic books to and from CGC. This service offers clients a secure, insured, and professional means of submission without the use of mail or third-party shipping carriers.

2. Scope of Service

• The Company will personally pick up, transport, and return the Client’s collectibles as part of a single pick-up and drop-off delivery.
• All items remain in the Company’s possession throughout the transport process.
• No third-party carriers or subcontractors will handle the Client’s items.
• The Company maintains liability insurance under its LLC to cover loss or damage occurring during transport.
• Insurance coverage applies only while the items are in the Company’s possession and does not extend to any period in which items are held or processed by CGC.
   

3. Turnaround Time

The expected turnaround time for this service is 60 days or less, subject to CGC’s current processing times. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet this timeline but is not responsible for delays caused by CGC or other external factors.

4. Pricing

• Standard Cards $40
• JSA Authenticated Cards $55 (includes $15 JSA fee)
• Modern Comics $65
• Vintage Comics $80
• JSA Authenticated Comics
• Base Price + $24 (JSA fee) 

*JSA (James Spence Authentication) services may be added for autographed items prior to CGC submission.

5. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:

• Clearly identify and prepare all items for transport.
• Ensure items are properly packaged or protected prior to pick-up.
• Acknowledge that CGC’s grading, encapsulation, and processing times are beyond the Company’s control.
• Pay all agreed fees prior to item pick-up unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• Retain documentation or photos of items prior to submission for verification purposes.
   

6. Liability and Insurance

The Company carries liability insurance under its LLC that covers loss or damage occurring only while items are in the Company’s direct possession.

The Company is not liable for:

• Loss or damage while items are in CGC’s possession;
• Grading outcomes or processing delays;
• Pre-existing damage or undisclosed defects;
• Acts of nature, theft, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
   

7. Liability Release

By submitting an Agreement, the Client expressly releases and holds harmless Exordium 6, LLC, its members, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising from: CGC’s handling, grading, or authentication of the Client’s items;
 

• Delays in grading, return, or shipping from CGC;
• Any issues occurring outside the period in which items are under the Company’s direct care and control.
• The Client acknowledges that the Company’s responsibility is limited to secure transport of items between the Client and CGC.

8. Security and Handling

All items are personally transported and stored securely by the Company. No items are mailed, shipped, or transferred through third parties. Reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the physical safety of all collectibles throughout the process.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
